Polaris Music Group was founded by myself in Columbus, Ohio in 2003, and I later relocated to Georgia in 2011. Initially operating as a one-woman agency, I eventually decided to expand the company's focus while maintaining its core mission of artist management and coaching. This expansion included the introduction of several new non-exclusive services.Today, Polaris Music Group has evolved into a comprehensive full-service management agency. This transformation was achieved by building a diverse community of music professionals, ranging from independent entrepreneurs to industry experts with varying levels of experience. While continuing to offer exclusive management services, Polaris Music Group now provides a menu of à la carte options, including career coaching, booking, A&R services, and administrative support.The company's expanded mission was inspired by observations of numerous music entrepreneurs and self-managed artists who lacked proper education in the business aspects of the music industry.
