Continuing what I started during the curricular internship, I completed the data analysis of the research project on shareholders engagement.At the same time, I collaborated in the analysis of data collected through a survey aimed at asset managers on the application of ESG criteria in the context of investment policies and stewardship activities. This analysis is part of a research project initiated by Consob's Steering Committee on Sustainable Finance which provided the database for a publication by the Authority.

The internship I carried out is part of the activities launched by Consob with the establishment of the Steering Committee on Sustainable Finance, in May 2019. In particular, the working group with which I collaborated deals with analyzing the characteristics of the engagement practices of institutional investors and listed companies on the issues of corporate social responsibility ("ESG - Environment, Social & Governance") and verifying the dissemination and effective application of these practices.In order to explore the role of shareholders in promoting corporate sustainability, I first dealt with finding the minutes of the meeting and the non-financial statements (Dnf) of the Italian companies listed on the MTA of the Italian Stock Exchange. Subsequently, I analyzed the interventions made by shareholders during the discussion of the various items on the agenda and classified them according to the ESG topics covered (remuneration, corporate strategy, elections to the board of directors, environmental policies, relations with local communities): in this way the qualitative data has been transformed into quantitative.

During this student collaboration, I carried out many activities to support the Erasmus office of the University of Tuscia.I dealt with orientation and support for incoming and international students (both with EU and non-EU students). I gave indications about didactic venues and services offered by the university (departments, libraries, study rooms, university canteens, etc). I provided information on how to request health care, residence permit and accommodation.I provided all the necessary information to facilitate the stay in the city of Viterbo to the foreign students.

It was a work experience intern. I managed the Digital Marketing programme through eFlyers, Blogs (written by myself) and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn). I developed and maintained a forward looking content plan, sourced relevant content and graphics, prepared and published a weekly eFlyer using Constant Contact, and reported back on the results.I checked email daily, sent post and organised delivery boxes/packaging through labels.I managed the customer database (maintaining and updating) and assisted the office manager checking and filing statements and invoices.
