Beatrice “Bebe” W. Hansen, MSSW, PCC Bebe integrates her extensive family business experience with her psychotherapy background to coach leaders, teams and organizations in building leadership skills and capacities. She is a leadership coach, consultant and trainer. Bebe stepped into the role of Principal of Presence-Based® Coaching, after working 9 years as teaching and business partners with Doug Silsbee, Founder of Presence-Based Coaching. She holds certifications from Presence-Based®Coaching, the Strozzi Institute, the Institute of Integrative System Dynamics and the Enneagram Institute. Bebe also delivers leadership development training around the United States and internationally. She has earned a BA in Business and a MS in Social Work, and is an PCC credentialed coach through ICF. She has been in the Diamond Approach spiritual path since 2001 and has ongoing yoga and meditation practices. Bebe enjoys traveling with her daughters (and son-in-law!), creating delicious desserts for family and friends. She occasionally can be found walking in the mountains around Asheville, NC.
