After a split of the BUS/DIA/CFL team I was supervisor of a SW verification team (~12 engineers)(Continental - EBS). Main test areas were Diagnostic and Customer Flashloader.Main tasks:- Organizing the daily work- Make prioritization to be able to keep all of the deadlines- Project tracking- Coaching team members- Performance evaluations- Organize training- Hiring new engineers- Ordering equipment for verification- Budget planning- Customer contactI was responsible for developing a new system where the internal verification deadlines could be planned and tracked. The solution was rolled out WW inside Continental.I was responsible to develop new verification process which fits more to the new requirements of our internal/external customers. Kanban and SCRUM methods were used for these.

I was responsible for SW release verification of Continental electronic brake systems. The integration tests were done via Diagnostic and Flashloader component. I was involved to several Customer projects from all over the world like Germany, England, USA, Japan, etc.Main tasks were:- requirement analysis,- developing test methods- prepare failure free environment on HIL systems - documenting, implementing and executing tests (programming language is C++)- reporting and measuring failures- keep close contact with counterparts mostly on different locations to be able to find the root causes of the found bugsParallel with the customer projects I was responsible for developing new testing methods to have reusable automatized tests (independently from the Customer projects). I had to coordinate the development of the new tests in the team (~10 engineers).
