Regional Country Manager Cee
Current- My key responsibility is to ensure revenue growth in the region CEE (Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania) from the January 2024 Czecia, Slovakia, Hungary and Italy- I directly set the strategy for local marketing activities and ensure pricing policies are adhered to in order to achieve revenue and profit growth- I take care of actively acquiring new customers and maintaining the satisfaction of regular customers;- I am in charge of managing a team of country managers and senior local specialists;- I actively seek out new opportunities for growth, such as new types of customers and new marketing and sales channels;- I oversee the implementation of local marketing activities in the region, such as content acquisition, community management, events and collaborations;- Continuously improving the local customer experience; - Controlling and allocating expenses and budgets;- Monitoring team performance and key performance indicators, ensuring they work together effectively and allocate resources optimally to support sales growth.
