During the MySpace era, it was all about having the “prettiest profile”. I didn’t realize that what I was doing to achieve that “pretty profile” with the moving images, flashing text, or even imbedding a music player was in fact HTML coding! All I knew was that I enjoyed the process of coding and seeing the final outcome of my awesome profile.Fast forward 15 years later (yep, I said it!) and I’m using that love for coding to not only perform ad-hoc analyses but to also provide analytic insight to drive better business decisions. Don't get me wrong, there are times where I find myself frustrated because the code does not run correctly. And turns out, it was missing a semicolon! But that's also my best way of learning. Through trial and error, through tutorials and asking even the simplest of questions is how I succeed. This is how I was able to design and develop a Power BI dashboard that would provide metrics and data to support decision making and provide additional productivity insight. I have a proven background in leadership and track record of achievement. Confident, self-motivated, and passionate about the work as well as getting results in whatever position I am in.
