Job Description:- Providing support in the development and organization of activities related to Employer Branding (job fairs, shadow days, recruitment campaigns, company events, among others);- Supporting the execution of Iberia’s Employer Branding plan;- Content production (text and image) for internal communicationchannels;- Management of internal communication tools (website, newsletter, intranet, etc.)- Supporting the execution of Iberia’s Corporate Training plan;- Logistical organization/support of different training activities.

Job Description:- Conduction of Team Building activities by department, for General Meetings and for national/international Junior Enterprises;- Organization of recruitment activities (interviews, gathering departmental needs, alteration of interview scripts, class presentations, candidate selection, organization of groupdynamics);- Coordination of training in various areas and established contact with different training entities;- Conduction of monthly audits - Implementation of the Quality Assurance System (QAS)
