I finished my degree in Informatics Engineering in 2017 and worked as an IT consultant for Primavera BSS, a Portuguese technology company specialized in the development of business management solutions, where I acquired experience in requirements gathering and finding the best solutions for the customer’s problems and improvements.In 2021, I started my journey with Salesforce and gained experience working with the platform, as an administrator, consultant, and developer. I worked and obtained expertise in data modeling & management, business logic & process automation, configuring the platform for optimal results, and agile methodology for project management, best code practices, integration design, and deployment methodologies.Currently, I hold 3 Salesforce certifications, the Associate, Platform App Builder and Developer I.
