· Plan, manage, and implement FIDIC’s conference and events strategy, in alignment with the organisation’s vision and goals.· Oversee the planning, logistics, programme development, promotion, and execution of FIDIC’s programme of conferences, events and webinars, both in-person and online.· Develop, manage, and deliver FIDIC’s annual programme of events, conferences, webinars, workshops, and awards, ensuring high-quality and diverse content and formats.· Provide project management, planning, logistical management, and smooth running of all FIDIC events, conferences, webinars, workshops, and awards, adhering to the budget and timeline.· Assist with the programme and content development, delegates and speakers management for the conferences and events programme, ensuring relevant and engaging topics and speakers.· Develop, plan, resource, and deliver events in partnership with other stakeholders, such as sponsors, partners, suppliers, and media.· Create and distribute marketing material for FIDIC events, using various digital platforms and channels to reach and attract the target audience.· Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns for events and conferences, using social media, email, web, and other tools to generate awareness and engagement.· Responsible for delivering sponsorship benefits and agreed targets with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a positive and long-term relationship.· Coordinate a summit for C-level executives, showcasing FIDIC’s leadership and expertise in the industry.· Find suitable venues, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with suppliers and sponsors for each event, ensuring the best value and quality.· Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of each event, using feedback, surveys, and analytics, and provide recommendations for improvement.· Create and control the budget for each event, ensuring cost-efficiency and transparency, and reporting on the financial outcomes and return on investment.
