Responsible for leading a team of more than 5000 employees in the region, managing the Accenture Technology business in Colombia, Perú, Chile and Argentina, aligned with global priorities.Led and managed initiatives that generated 20% growth in both Sales and Net Revenues in the first year, achieving 75% rotation of our services to Digital, and ensuring the application of innovative and agile methodologies to all transfomation projects executed for clients in the region.Led the creation of Accenture´s Advanced Technology and Innovation Center in Medellín.

Responsible for the definition and execution of the strategy to create the Resources Industry practice (Oil&Gas, Utilities, Building Materials sectors) in Colombia. Managed the business unit plan, achieving 60% growth of the Resources business in 2 years, exceeding profitability targets and building a strong team with relevant industry experience.

Responsible for the creation and development of the Accenture business in Colombia, and the definition of its market strategy, generating brand awareness, building trust-based relationships with C-Level client executives and with the expanded ecosystem, and ensuring a profitable operation that achieved 10X growth in 6 years.Established a team of leaders aligned to a common country objective, leveraging the creation of a team of more than 600 high performance professionals in Colombia.Managed the Accenture business in Venezuela, ensuring quality service to local clients in an extremely challenging environment.
