Market Director Group Account Sales - Caribbean and Latin America- Premium and Luxury brands

• Manage accounts including the St. Regis Punta Mita, Westin Resort & Spa Los Cabos, Westin Resort & Spa Cancun, Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta and Sheraton Grand Los Cabos Hacienda del Mar.• Sell properties with anywhere from 120 to 500 sleeping rooms, ranging from 4-stars to 5-diamonds. • Continually identify new business opportunities within the MICE market segment, representing the company while attending tradeshows, seminars and presentations.• Maintain comprehensive responsibility for the achievement of defined sales goals and consistency in terms of revenue management. • Create and implement a yearly SMART sales plan to enable meeting and exceeding sales goals while developing new accounts and strengthening the relationships with existing accounts. • Deliver highly effective sales presentation to varied audiences that highlight the company’s value proposition.• Develop and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients designed to maximize the business potential within the marketplace.Key career achievements have included:- Develop highly effective action plans and sales strategies that has improved the group product within the geographic zone. - Recognized for the ability to successfully represent and sell multiple properties.- Create and maintain long-term, profitable sales partnerships with 3rd parties and meeting planners, resulting in increased awareness of the properties represented to maximize the business potential within the marketplace.- Grow and maintain a large network of clients within diverse markets to obtain multiple revenue within a highly competitive market.
