 Maintain bookkeeping database and communicate with clients to request payment. Monthly cash collection forecast.  Recovery of $1MM corresponding to previous year AR Reconciliations, IC Matching.  Credit review for new clients.Responsible for supervising and directing the finance functions including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, check processing, exception items, fixed asset, inventory, cash monitoring, and cost accounting. *Active participation in monthly closing, analyzing business operations, sales, costs, revenues, expenses, cash flow, financial commitments, and obligation to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.  Evaluate and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the description, value, and location of property direct. Staff selection, training, supervising, and assisting in apprising finance personnel. Responsible of the inventory reconciliation.  Full product costing (BOM). Work with other areas to prepare and present the Budget, Forecast, and Rolling forecast and upload it in Hyperion.  Continuously review business processes and projects looking for efficiencies and good financial decision-making. Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process which includes the preparation of the financial statements and reports. Monitor financial performance and regular reports on key business trends and data, identifying and following up on issues and opportunities. Monthly revision of Operating Expenses against the financial projections. Prepare periodic reports, review, and reconcile data, and participate in developing specialized financial data.  Oversees and prepares entries and adjustments to record statements. Assists with financial and variances analysis. Report to management regarding financial statements, establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts. Review of P&L, BS, and Cash Flow and bring issues to management’s attention.
