Beatriz has worked as a financial controller for international companies for more than 10 years.In 2015 she decided to make a career change and created her own business firm, BM Coaching. Since then, Beatriz has been working with several professionals and teams, helping them challenge their status quo and achieve the changes they want in their careers and companies.Beatriz is a senior organizational strategic consultant, trainer, team lead, executive and team coach. She has specialized in business agility, frameworks agile such as SAFe and product development, having the opportunity to lead important business transformation projects in big clients within various sectors (industrial, banking, insurance, security, retail and public sector, among others).She is especially proud of her achievements at Babel company, creating the agile center of excellence and the agility business line from scratch among many others relevant assignment, such as the leading the first agile product project in Seguridad Social and leading the digital transformation of Instituto Social de la Marina (ISM) in Seguridad Social too. Other important achievement in her career has been the design and the implementation of the renting phone product for Phonehouse and Rentik companies, leading several agile teams while fulfilling the product manager role as part of Dominion Commercial company.Among her skills, it stand out her capacity for communication, negotiation and strategic vision. She is specially good working with directors, defining business agility strategic, design product and creating high performance teams.
