Delivery training about concepts and practices of the company's Anti-Corruption policy, contributing tothe awareness of the Compliance culture to all employeesOrganize and file supporting documentation for audits, investigations, inspections of public agenciesand legal audiencesAct in risks assessment and internal controls mapping related to Compliance.

• Ensure the delivery of technical trainings for ZTE telecom equipment, according sales contracts
• Management of the logistics of lab preparations, borrow of equipment and related operating systems
• Training for the instructors into the specifications of each project and hiring third parties for training delivery
• Develop of new partnerships with universities as INATEL, UNIP and Mackenzie, where was set up laboratories for students and developed a Postgraduate course in the Telecom area.

• General responsibilities of the HR routine, among:
• Attendance to employees about any doubts according payroll, benefits, etc
• Recruiting and selection process to Distribution Center positions
• Admission and on-boarding process of employees
• Uniforms and Individual Protection Equipment control (distribution, laundry and purchase)
• Chartered bus, parking spot and transportation tickets management
