Enstoa is a company focused on accelerated digital transformation for the built environment.My role in the Marketing department is enriching our lead generation through a content and events strategy. -Leading the Analytics strategy in the Marketing team. Producing reports anddashboards for social media and email marketing campaigns.-Increasing the Internal Newsletter Open rate from 60 to 76%. Introducing audiovisualcontent and disruptive topics to engage with our audience.-Blog and website content enhancement and maintenance. Implementing techniques toimprove the internal traffic and facilitating the transition into a user-centric site.-Coordinating our participation in different international events (Project Controls Expo)and its communication strategy on the website and social networks.

Writing high-quality content for different clients about various topics, such as cultural events, social media and entrepreneurship and also delivering podcast content for tourist projects and language academies. My background as a journalist in radio and newspapers taught me how to dive into what I write, think of my readers and use my time wisely to meet tight deadlines.

Took part on a Digital Marketing auction team to maximise our client potential. The primary purpose was providing a precise evaluation for his business (a small company dedicated to education services), measuring its tools and possibilities to develop a better audience reach and brand awareness. To fulfil these goals, our team created the target persona's company, optimised its traffic reports and gave recommendations to improve its SEO strategy. At the same time, we designed a social media strategy which included an organic content calendar and an advertising campaign.

As a volunteer, this community radio gave me the opportunity of writing notes about local news and presenting them on air, most of them promoted charity activities in Swindon by voicing their workers and volunteers.

After being in an internship position for more than a year in this company, one of the most prominent media of the country, I was hired for two years. During the first one, I conducted a daily radio magazine show called "Artesfera". Our goal was helping every cultural and humanitarian project which needed a platform to tell their story. I interviewed different artists, from independent cinema directors to musicians, and I made reports about charities or institutions, most of them working in Madrid.In my second year, I was a news bulletin deputy editor, leading a 4-people team. Some of my tasks were selecting the most critical news every hour, writing part of the script and broadcasting live news.
