I am a Senior Counsel for the banking, insurance and capital markets practices. I hold licenses to practice both in Portugal and in the Macau SAR and in my practice, I have acted for leading international investment and commercial banks in cross-border transactions of project and corporate finance, including syndicated loans and hedging arrangements.
