I founded Casa Scena, a home and wellness product brand. During that time, I was responsible for overseeing all operations, including marketing, sales, finance, operations, and logistics. I focused on brand positioning, creating the visual identity, communication strategies, and market differentiation, which helped establish a clear value proposition for our target audience. I also developed and executed digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads on Facebook and Google Ads, and conducted extensive market research to better understand consumer behavior and trends. Additionally, I defined both B2B and B2C sales strategies, built partnerships with retail stores, and provided services to companies and events. I negotiated with suppliers to secure better pricing, deadlines, and quality, and managed the supply chain from suppliers to customer delivery.

I worked as a Retail Operations Manager at Lojas Renner in Minas Gerais. I managed various store functions, including commercial, financial products, and administrative areas. My responsibilities also included recruiting, training, and managing team members, while focusing on the customer experience and optimizing the product mix based on sales analysis, consumer trends, and customer feedback. I was involved in implementing omnichannel strategies, managing budgets and operational flows, analyzing market competition and trends, and creating strategies for commercial, operational, and visual merchandising areas. I also set sales targets and ensured excellent customer service, addressing their needs with effective solutions.

I participated in the Lojas Renner trainee program, rotating between operational, administrative, and sales areas from. I led a business unit, made critical decisions, managed conflicts, and worked closely with customers to ensure high engagement.

I led the development and launch of a new product, managing branding strategies and ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity. I also created marketing campaigns and collaborated with press agencies and marketing firms to execute product launches.

While living in Los Angeles, California, I worked for Wildkat in the Marketing area. The company was launching an extreme sports live streaming app so I worked helping create the brand's identity, managing social media, creating content and prospecting influencers for the platform.
