- Management of Workwear and Plus Size lines inside Female Department;- Management of Baby and First Steps lines inside Children Department; - Trend research, full collection building and product development; - Product portfolio management and purchase order emissions;- KPI analysis focused on product and category performances weekly, monthly and annually; - Strategy and negotiation processes;- Direct association with Style, Planning, Supply, Visual Merchandising and Marketing departments;- Direct contact with store managers, clients, support departments and Distribution Center operations.

- Guidance and coordination of all product development process oriented by trend research and strategic basis in order to elaborate collection building focused on Denim, Casualwear, Workwear, Activewear and Lingerie female lines;- Research of trends, innovation and benchmark analysis of competitors;- Guidance and coordination of the product development process internally and externally following up on the collection idealization to prototype realization from sketch to release of production;- Direct association with national and international suppliers for the purpose of lead and develop them to obtain best results on product development;- Preparation, presentation and active participation in all meetings regarding product matters with the commercial board;- Organize and participate in national business trips in order to check company's stores and suppliers;- Training and guidance of fashion design assistants and interns.

- Apparel development using retail strategies to elaborate the collection, ensuring assertiveness to target audience, product quality and product coordination within Female adult and Male adult lines;- Fashion trend research and fashion market analysis in order to elaborate the collection building processes;- Briefings and technical apparel product files elaboration to guide the apparel product development and collection coordination;- Orientation to Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams related to campaign elaboration, maintenance of social media and stores organization issues; - Direct attendance to national suppliers and direct dialogue with international suppliers (India and China) in order to lead and guide the apparel product development;- Frequent attendance to apparel suppliers, pattern bureaus, fabric suppliers and frequent visits to their respective showrooms in order to know the new collections;

- Support to all fashion designers and direct participation during the processes of collection development: Summer, High Summer and Winter to Contemporary Female line Yessica;- Active participation and research during Product Workshops at the beginning of each season in order to design new collections; - Elaboration of briefings in order to develop collection pieces;- Elaboration of briefings to guide the development of prints, patterns, embroideries and personalized trimmings;- Elaboration of fashion product technical files;- Active assistance at the creation of color palette to each collection;- Direct attendance to clothing suppliers, fabric development suppliers and print bureau studios;- Trends research;- Direct relationship with modeling and shaping team to perform follow up at each clothing trials;- Frequent visits to clothing supplier's and fabric development supplier's showrooms in order to keep up with new collections and material releases.
