Working closely with Montimerso’s owners/managers, from the pre-opening phase: definition of internal procedures/quality standards aligned with the concept; establishment of local partnerships; creation of data-sheets, pricing and menus for the F&B Outlets; interviewing and selection of the team, followed by in-the-job training;Since the opening in June 2020, I’ve been responsible for the management of the daily activities of Montimerso, as well as management/training of the team, constantly striving to improve processes.In addition, I’ve focused on the Marketing&Sales department:-Management of marketing and communication team: creation of editorial calendar and assist/control it’s successful following (e.g developing and drafting monthly hotel communications, such as newsletters; help to style and manage Montimerso’s photoshoots), focusing on the creation of creative storytelling marketing content;-Creation of communication kits (press releases; information sheet, events presentation);-Organizer and in-House Hostess of small events (press presentation of new products; corporate events and team buildings);-Responsible for developing and supporting B2B partner sales: Management of full lifecycle sales process, which includes prospecting, identifying and initiating new sales opportunities, sales presentations and contract negotiations;-Study and presentation of current forecasts and trends to top management;-Meet established (revenue, client satisfaction...) targets, while creating new and enhanced customer relationships ensuring satisfaction;-High level of customer service, including complaint resolution when needed;

- Sales & Digital Marketing for boutique hotels- Social media management and website development - Commercial Agreements (contracts and communication with OTA’s)
