• Lead pipeline assessment and rehabilitation projects with some of the most advanced industrytechnologies as MFL, TFI and UT;• Lead the partnership with pipeline integrity engineering to assist in defining project scope,design and proper repairs;• Collaborate with pipeline control, scheduling, commercial, corrosion control, and field operations while directing third party contractors and inspection personnel to safely execute pipeline integrity inspections, assessment and rehabilitation projects;• Create cost estimates based on vendor supplied pricing and submit funding requests for appropriate approvals. P&L optimization and improvement on experience for the assigned InLine Inspection projects;• Usage of scheduling and WBS controlling by means of Project Management tools such as ERP and Microsoft Project;• Authorize work to be performed on behalf of the company by issuing work orders to third party contractors;• Update project stakeholders through weekly or daily progress reports or notifications of achieving significant project milestones;• Engage in industry events and regular discussions with third party vendors to stay current on the latest technology, repair methods and industry movements;• Main clients: Chile (ENAP, Aguas Cap, Minera Centinela), Colombia (TGI, CENIT), Bolivia (YPFB), Mexico (PEMEX, CENAGAS), Argentina (Oldelval, Vista Oil) and Peru (Pluspetrol, SAPET).

• Create, manage, and lead the DA team in the analysis and report generating of Geometry, Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), Transverse Field Inspection (TFI), Ultrasonic Wall‐Measurement (UTWM) and Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) data;• Manage and lead the continuous evaluation, effectiveness and performance of the data analysis process and interpretative capability as it relates to the accurate identification and classification of pipeline anomaly. Performing integrity assessments of pipeline threats including corrosion, outside damage, long seam anomalies and stress corrosion cracks;• Create and manage required processes in accordance with POF2016 and other applicable industry norms and standards;• Create, manage, and lead the DA personnel qualification process in accordance with In-line Inspection Personnel Qualification and Certification (ANSI/ASNT ILI-PQ-2017) standard;• Update project stakeholders through weekly or daily progress reports or notifications of achieving significant project milestones.

• Coordination of data analyst team of non-destructive pipeline inspection;• Planning and leading projects, fulfilling the requirements of time, cost and quality;• Technical training of staff in pipeline integrity, updates and performance evaluations;• Data analysis and corrosion by intelligent PIG for pipeline inspections; • Reporting of integrity using different inspection techniques for pipelines;• Training / support to customers for specific software for data analysis;• Trainning (Level Trainee) in ROSEN Europe in 2008 (Holland – 6 weeks);• Trainning (Level I) in ROSEN Europe in 2010 (Holland – 4 weeks); • Trainning (Level II) in ROSEN Europe in 2011 (Holland – 6 weeks).

Developed projects and monitored Activities: •Small Pig: Development of a small pig which inspects umbilical by electromagnetic;•Flexible-line connector simulator: Voltage measuring through strain-gages; •Spinner: Traction car equipped with cameras, used to view inside the duct and taking interest objects to the other duct’s side;•Tracking tests Ultrasonic Pig 21”: This pig has 64 ultrasonic transducers and software that enables real-time visualization of measuring thicknesses.
