RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, enforce teamwork and develop career plan for 6 professionals and 6 technicians.Coordinate PC&L activities for all future products launches and model year changeovers. Load material system with adequate schedules in a timely manner to insure a flawless launch. Set up and monitor breakpoints on SAP for Engineering changes to avoid obsolescence..Coordinate information analysis and activities needed to submit customer cancellation claims. Maintain communication with suppliers and customers. ACCOMPLISHMENTS:Flawless launch and successful new program introduction for 4 consecutive years. Consolidation of audio products currently manufactured at sister plants located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas and Kokomo, Indiana.
