Moderated the panel discussion and achieved out highest number of participants in the events (n=50). Received very positive feedback from participants and panelists.-Contacted two LSE alumni for the "Alumni Networking Panel" that was held via Zoom on the 29/03/21. Moderated the discussion between two panelists and participants during the breakout room. The total number of participants was 37. Received very positive feedback from current students and panelists.

Worked in a team of four as a HR intern as part of my MSc in People Management at University of Navarra. -In charge of the design and publication of offers in InfoJobs, CV screening, telephone interviews, Skype interviews, numerical evaluation of each stage of the process, and presentation of the 3 most suitable candidates to the Manager. -Designed and published job offers in InfoJobs, carried out CV screening, telephone, and online interviews as well as candidates’ numerical evaluation for each stage of the selection process, and presented the most 3 suitable candidates to the Manager.- Successfully designed, developed, and implemented the Onboarding Plan in 3 centres of the companyphysically separated during the first wave of COVID-19 pandemic.- Imparted the Welcoming Training (corporate culture, ethics, workplace safety measures, COVID-19 safety protocol, specific training depending on the job position)-Created a Guide: Good Practices for COVID-19 following the preventive measure published by the Spanish Government, and the FIAB (Spanish Federation of Food and Drink Industries).-Coordinated the sessions of the COVID-19 quick tests for 200 employees in one centre on two occasions.

-Assisted in the evaluation of a suite of arts- and culture-based education project on both academic and non-academic outcomes for primary school children, on behalf of the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF). -I visited primary schools recruited as part of a randomised control trial, conducted outcome assessments with hundreds of primary age children in a classroom setting, entered data carefully and accurately, and reported the data back to the central team.

ASER is the Annual Student Experience Review action plan to support departments with low student satisfaction. Worked in partnership with the School of Management in Canary Wharf and Bloomsbury Campus. Role: to identify where its department needed a greater understanding of the issues that were affecting students. Organised several focus groups with students and department's representatives (80 in total) in order to get a closer insight into their experiences at university. Produced an interim and a final report in which several measures were suggested that have been implemented this academic year 2019-2020.

Worked under the supervision of Dr Wonnaccott, director of the Language Learning Lab. Visited schools in North and South London and Milton Keynes. Tested a total of 80 primary school children in a two-session computerised language-learning task. Followed ethical procedures including informed consent and data anonymization. Liaised with teachers to ensure children's lessons were minimally disrupted.

Designed and evaluated a project with the aim of assessing the impact of Student Fellows and their relationship with UCL staff members. Created online surveys, organised and recorded a focus group interviewing several Student Fellows. Analysed qualitative data from the audio and made a report that was presented in a national conference in 2019.
