    I always felt fuelled by the experience of knowledge sharing and communication, so I decided to accept the offer of becoming since 2021 a collaborating professor at Centro de Liderazgo y Tecnología of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.Adding psychological safety and work-life balance as strong concerns about my remotely distributed teams during the pandemic lockdowns, I decided to share my own experiences through the internal social media. Being the only female leader at Europe’s team of general managers I soon realized it was even more relevant that I exposed myself as a reference to other female employees, middle and top managers, becoming an internal panelist at various talent development programs in the company and eventually also an external speaker at Universities and Business Schools (EMBA 2022 IESE in Barcelona, Facultad de Informática in Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Industrial de Universidad Politécnica de Madrid) amongst others (like the yearly Women In Data Science (WiDS) event sponsored by Stanford University). That was when I felt unexpectedly confronted with a quite general feeling of impostor syndrome predominantly within the female managers audiences and decided to research on the subject, as it has become a dangerous risk of talent loss, especially during companies times of impactful transformation. As an outcome I published a book titled “¿Síndrome de la impostora? Liderando en femenino” (Ed. Ramón Areces, 2023). and participated in various media.

The service innovation was scaled to other customers and became a new item in the services unit portfolio.
