As the first person on the HR team, I was responsible for designing the employee's journey at the operational, tactical and strategic levels, since I was the only person in the time for 1 year and 6 months. My main goal was to ensure synergy among each stage of the employee's journey, being able to extract data and guarantee the company's health. During this period I helped the team grow (from 30 to 85), structuring a series of processes, projects and cultural rituals in the company, including: - Employer Branding - instagram (@carreirasiclinic), vacancies page, linkedin posts, creation of arts, reception of visits from students and student entities in the company, hunting and referral program. - Recruitment and Selection Process – I coordinated more than 70 hirings, through the elaboration and implementation of a recruitment and selection process, with a satisfaction score of 95% of the candidates.- Onboarding – Responsible for welcoming new employees (90 d), through culture and organizational lectures, feedback, ensuring alignment between manager and new employees, focused on employee enchantment and belonging. - Performance management processes – Structuring, implementation and communication of the company's Positions and Salary Plans. Creation, development and monitoring of performance evaluations and 360 Competencies, creating, together with managers, action plans for each employee. - Retention – Offboarding analysis and action plan for each area to reduce turnover, consisting of monthly climate analysis, analysis of Individual Development Plans and individual recovery plans for employees; internal events focused on culture; support conversations with leaders and managers helping in the decision-making process.
