Leading and directing the full cycle recruitment process for entry, mid and senior level positions in Latam; proactively sourcing potential candidates via job boards, resume databases and social media to identify the most qualified candidates for a given position and present job opportunities at PSI; establishment of ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand the position requirements, business and recruitment needs; advising hiring managers on industry trends and job market; acting as a point of contact and building relationships with candidates during the selection process.

Responsible for:- Recruiting professionals by developing a recruitment strategy, sourcingcandidates, phone screening and interviews;- Conducting selection processes from start to finish for different areas such as Energy, Oil and Gas, and Industry;- Conducting skills and behavioral interviews;- Market mapping;- Establishing contacts in order to obtain commercial information that can be converted into a business portfolio;- Researching and attracting candidates through databases, hunting and social media;- Preparing and reviewing reports and operational schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency;- Establishing the team's training schedule.

Responsible for:- Attraction strategy, creation and dissemination of job postings, diversity campaigns and relationship with stakeholders;- Selection process for Brazil and Latin America (junior and senior positions), considering the process from end to end: hiring, candidate experience and focus on diversity and inclusion actions for different areas.- Training projects focused on improving processes;- Hiring for technology and business considering different areas;- VTEX Scholars Program: attraction plan for master's students, with a focus on public universities; end-to-end recruitment process and recruitment process and development plan focused on learning, mentoring and career talks.- Hiring projects focused on data, creating actions to structure interviews and training forHiring Managers and their respective teams.

Responsible for:- Attraction strategy for full-time positions, creating job postings, diversity campaigns and relationship with important stakeholders;- Global hiring process for Brazil and Latam (entry level and senior positions) considering the process end-to-end, hiring and candidate experience and focus on diversity and inclusion actions for different areas;- Training and Hiring projects focus on data, creating actions focused on interview structure and training for Hiring Managers and interviewers.
