HCP produces regular Indexes that provide an open comparison of healthcare systems performance by reviewing health policies and health care provision, in specific diseases, by inter-comparing a number of quality indicators. Main duties:• Plan, monitor and control projects and projects related expenditure.• Management of the project team, scientific experts and other stakeholders involved in the projects. • Designed quality indicators.• Designed online questionnaires for different stakeholders.• Planned, organized and assisted to meetings in each of the countries included in the projects with a variety of different key stakeholders (National bodies representatives, patient organizations ect..) to discuss the situation in the countries.• Reviewed and approved all project documentation.• Monitor and evaluate some of the initiatives implemented in the countries.• Supervised and analyzed the data collected. • Drove and coordinated communication and media campaigns.• Prepared communication material for different stakeholders.• Prepared final reports with the material collected. • Prepared press releases for all countries included in the projects.• Prepared and provided radio, press and TV interviews.• Held Data and result presentations and discussion at key venues (e.g European parliament, European congresses).

My contribution to the project consisted in carrying out a deep analysis of the existing hepatitis National strategy plans around the world and a deep literature review looking for best practices in hepatitis care.
