Responsible for the development of this new area in Portugal: - Project Management: definition of processes such as contracting, regular assessments, budget control/planning- Being contact person and internal guidance for externals- Sourcing products and services required by the organization - strategically in some occasions- Supporting supplier selection process and if required developing KPIs for supplier selection - Negotiation of favourable prices and terms - Processing purchase requisitons and support ordering process- Administrating and co-coordinating supplier contracts- Developing profitable vendor relationships- Collaborating with business partners on supplier management to meet business needs- Evaluating and providing recommendations for buying strategies to senior leaders- Overseeing delivery and performance from vendor in certain cases- Ensuring compliance with company policy(ies), high standards of accuracy and reliability of internal procedures to prevent fraud and other unauthorized activity- Representing Partner Network & Contracting within MB.io Portugal- Co-coordinator of the first Global RFP at the companyAdditionally, participating in Strategic Forums with different stakeholders.
