Head of supply chain process, responsible for purchase and sourcing, negotiating the commercial terms with suppliers and developing reports about the factory audits, ensuring the quality inspections. Provide business consulting for customers in China, supporting them on international fairs and visiting suppliers. Management of logistics and warehouse orders, improve the costs of import process. Working closely with new projects for potential products for Brazil market.

Responsible for the new office in Itajai, to attend the South of Brazil. Developing new contacts and trying to help companies to start or increase their business with Asia and in specific, China. I represent as well the company in events and business meetings, acting also to develop new partners.

Working in China to find new suppliers to our Brazilians customers, follow the orders, control quality and shipment. We also participate of every phase of Canton Fair with our group from Brazil. Around China we are able to visit the factories to check hows the production and also check the goods. We offer handling service, and support all the importation process.

I worked in innovation with the mindset to map new opportunities of funding around the world and Brazil, looking also for awards and incentives to develop R&D to Whirlpool and Embraco. I was responsible for the program Inova Talentos of CNPq, that results a huge saving for both companies. Supported subjects in government affairs with entities of class as ABIMAQ, ABINEE, ELETROS, FIESP and FIESC, and monitored law projects to defend our companies, as antidumping and energetic efficiency. I used to map also the commercial agreements and projects as EX Tariff - LETEC. On my final project of university I studied how to improve the cash flow of Embraco, through customs at bonded warehouse in the import process and developed relationship with our company around the world as Slovakia, Italy, Mexico, Argentina and China.
