Senior manager and entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in team management, assuming leadership roles in different companies and functional areas, always headed to a clearly defined orientation for people, goals and results. Years dedicated to systems and business consulting that allowed me to lead beautiful and exciting projects in addition to experience firsthand the birth of new technologies and new business models. But above all, those years taught me the most beautiful aspects of people, of winning teams, of human relations braided with objectives.As an entrepreneur in the beginning of e-commerce in Spain with one of those early start- ups back in 1997 , I was able to experience firsthand the hard transit of those who are pioneers, and learn lessons that are never forgotten.I am passionate about teaching. As a professor, I have the opportunity to share my professional experience providing training in entrepreneurship at college level.Year after year I take the challenge to get across to my students passion, enthusiasm, strength and leadership attitude besides knowledge . Few experiences are as nice as seeing on their faces that I have achieved . A great satisfaction: that my experience and knowledge serve to start new careers.My goals: To help improve the employability of people, whatever their level of skills and competencies of departure.Help companies to define and find the talent they need. To define and select the best professionals for their strategic project.
