I am passionate about Human Resources. I decided to work in it during my university years and since then I've played different roles, in the financial sector and in strategic consulting.My interest to learn has motivated me to pursue several areas: front business partner, implementation of talent management policies and processes, international mobility, compensation, assessment and development of teams. Currently ​I lead the Global Talent Management discipline at BBVA, where the integral vision of these disciplines is a key in the management and development of talent. I coach and mentor within my company and I mentor for external volunteer actions.​I enjoy my work and the day-to-day with the teams, learning at every step. I seek to anticipate needs and design the most optimal solutions. I am creative and committed to continuous learning, development, and improvement. I seek efficiency and, in striving for excellence, I try to go a step further than required. I firmly believe that something is impossible until someone achieves it.
