• Consolidated a global advocacy strategy with a Global Director (reacting to new international regulations), drafting the geopolitical risk analysis, company position, key messages and stakeholder mapping. Supported establishing relationships with key partners – such as some global NGOs.• Assessed the portfolio impact of new regulations, giving recommendations (reformulate, lobby or eliminate the product from the market).• Conducted policy monitoring and analysis on selected topics to draft global policy briefs and other analytical pieces, flagging risks and opportunities to feed the strategy of top management. Head of communication and co-founder, organised as a start-up. UC3M consulting is a student-run association in Universidad Carlos III, and our goal is to provide students with resources and tools to enjoy and excel in the consulting sector, while building a community of people who want to connect and help each other. • Organised conferences with consulting firms (e.g. Bain, McKinsey) and community events with 80-170 people. Developed the communication strategy and KPIs. • Grew membership by 44%, reaching + 600 active members. Identified potential improvements and redefined the strategic approach of the society for the following years, mentoring the new recruits. Elected as the representative in charge of the negotiation for the grants to the University Board.• Led the team of the Madrid Case Competition, planning and supporting the biggest consulting event at a national level in 2019 (in partnership with BCG).

Summer analyst in the Nordic Headquarters of Santander Consumer Bank (located in Oslo).• Conducted research on green finance and ESG rating methodologies, analysing 8 different banks and creating a competitive benchmark. Drafted their first green bond framework with these findings. This green bond was issued in early 2020 for EUR 1 bn, with a tenor of three years, on the sector criteria of low carbon transport, • Executed financial modelling of debt instruments across investments and participated in the different transaction calls between the European branches.• Created and updated financial reports and presentations for the investor relations and capital markets areas, preparing monthly situational analyses. • Actively participated in the different transaction calls in between the English, Spanish and Nordics branches regarding SWAPS transactions.• Conducted a bond pricing overview for the capital markets team.

Summer intern in the Structured Finance Department of Santander Consumer Bank in their German Headquarters. Rotated within the following department teams: ABS (Asset Back Securities) team, Securitization and Capital Markets Issuances, Rating Agencies and Investor Relations.• Supported the mandatory process of new transactions, participating in the issuance of a floating-rate note (FRN) and a pfandbrief, raising a total amount of €400m+ in debt. Created and updated the monthly financial reports for the Capital Markets Issuances and Securitization team. • Participated in the weekly meetings about the restructuring changes of the bonds. • Produced and reviewed investor reporting and presentations for the Investor Relations team, as well as updated Rating overviews for the Rating Agencies team. • Introduction and use of key data resources such as Bloomberg.
