At Everis I was in charge of the benchmark and Communication Strategy deliverables. I helped develop Change Management deliverables. I have worked in different sectors, such as insurance, private banking and government.

As founder I was in charge of doing all the business stages, starting with the business plan, going through negotiating credit with suppliers before opening and concluding with the supervision of all areas.During this period I competed for a state incentive for restaurateurs, where I obtained a training in the H mark, an introduction to ISO certifications, in addition to the economic stimulus received.

As my first work experience, I started as an administrative assistant carrying out billing, client registration, sales prospecting and handling of receivables during the first year. After this, I joined the company's supply chain, helping with the analysis of suppliers and the selection of new ones. I kept the sell's stats of the company from which we generated budget strategies. I helped analyze the accounts payable turnover and kept the payment schedule. I also took care of the inventory system. Lastly, I was in charge of the supply chain supervision, generating reports of payments, purchases and collections to my general manager.
