Support the overall company strategic plan, developing the HR programs that reflect the desired work culture, values, commitments and practices of SparkSeeker. Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function including: talent acquisition, onboarding, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits. Monitor the diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.Responsible for the Key People Performance Indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate the alignment with the mission of the organization.

Direct projects to build and expand the HR function of growing operations (10- 150 employees), evaluating organizational needs, developing HR systems and procedures to manage the entire employee life cycle, while establishing programs to optimize work experience, effectiveness and legal compliance. Managed placement and onboarding of 117 MBA interns with oversight of hiring documentation, approval of new positions, complaint resolution, and student support for career advancement. • E-Recruiting Web Portal – Spearheaded the implementation of an e-recruiting web portal to match employers’ needs with student abilities that enhanced the reporting functionality of the program and streamlined the results of the internship process.• Community Relations – Established and maintained collaborative partnerships with over 50 employers in South Florida. Linked companies with qualified students, interested faculty and the Office of External Affairs. Successfully organized monthly career events for MBA students, generating significant opportunities for graduates to optimize networking and hiring potential.• Facilitated work permit processing of CPT, OPT, and H-1B Visas for international students.
