Beatriz globally heads up IT for HR within Telefónica’s Global Technology business. She is accountable for all Global HR Platforms including Payroll. In the last 4 years Beatriz has successfully deployed a cloud HCM across 23 countries and has also led her team to develop and deploy with Global CGTIO experts a Global HR Big Data Solution. Now that Telefónica has a strong HR IT foundation, the next step is to develop the solution beyond basic services with a focus on using innovation in machine learning, robotics and UX to create an IT architecture with employee experience at its core.
