Allowing customers to unleash their creativity and customizegarments as they wish.• Analysing the business impact of all the different on-demand initiatives fromdifferent perspectives: selling forecasts, financial result, production requirements,lead times, etc.

• Part of the global production team, working on different dimensions from acontrolling perspective: sustainability, profitability, production market strategy,supplier relationship, etc.• Setting goals and strategies based on the company’s overall direction andfollowing up on the fulfillment of these.• Supporting the merchandising team with relevant report building and KPIanalysis to suggest actions based on performance and find potential following thestrategic focus areas for the season.• Working together with supply chain in setting a cost prognosis for the season andfinding solutions to problems related to lead times, capacity optimization,suppliers’ capabilities, etc.

• Starting up a local relevance project to optimize the assortment and improvebuying practices for growing markets, with special focus on China.• Planning specific selling peaks to ensure we ordered a relevant collection,secured availability and maximized the revenue.• Working closely with sales and production teams to create a customer offer and purchasing strategy based on local needs and fashion trends.

• Focused on evaluating selling performance to set future targets, establishing thetotal budget for the season and following up buying levels across differentgarment groups to capture selling potential and secure optimal stock levels.• Responsible for setting profitability goals and defining the concept’s overallstrategy to maximize the turnover.• Working together with sales to be aligned on the different markets’ strategies.
