Anteriormente, trabalhei no time de relações governamentais e institucionais da Mira Educação, startup de tecnologia que apoiava a educação básica brasileira. Trabalhei no Atados, dentro do projeto Sementes de Transformação, uma iniciativa de inovação e empreendedorismo social para jovens de ensino médio. Elaborei e implementei a primeira turma do Fera, o cursinho social dos professores do Anglo e trabalhei na Somos Educação nas áreas de recursos humanos e operações escolares. Em Julho de 2016, fui selecionada para participar de um programa muito especial em San Diego chamado Hansen Summer Institute for Leadership and International Cooperation onde, junto com outros 20 jovens de diferentes nacionalidades, tive a oportunidade de conhecer um pouco mais sobre temas relacionados a liderança, cooperação, negociação e mediação de conflitos.Ao longo da graduação na USP estudei por um ano na Universidade do Porto com uma bolsa de mérito acadêmico, fiz o curso de Negócios Sociais (online) da Artemisia e o programa de 8 semanas de Mindfulness pela Academia Brasileira de Mindfulness.
