Current• Leader of Amprius' Anode R&D team for design, evaluation, and optimization of anode structures and materials to create cells with world-record breaking performance and energy density• Designer of new synthesis processes to enable silicon nanowire anode manufacturing on HVM-capable production tools• Responsible for continuous optimization of deposition processes and systems, improving throughput and yield of anode manufacturing platforms to supply over 80% more anode capacity to commercial partners• Drove the development and qualification of next-generation anode for aerospace-certified commercial product lines• Owner of a suite of process monitoring and control systems that allow for targeted product performance tailored to the unique and varied needs of customer applications• Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to identify, develop, or invent new technologies and designs to support the high-volume growth roadmap for Amprius' 100% silicon anode production
