I started off my adult life by attending college at Auburn University; I quickly found I learn much better through informal education, books, youtube video's, mentors etc.. I moved back home to Indy and still took some classes at IUPUI but found a passion for Real Estate. I got my license but knew this is not where I wanted to end up and decided down the path of investment RE. Once I had done my first deal it was solidified that I would be done with formal education and that I would pursue this full time. There is so many niches within RE and I had to choose one before shiny object syndrome caught up to me. I set my eyes on being able to source off market properties and figuring out how to acquire funding working with private investors that want to make a 15% return on their money so that I was able to flip these properties without any capital of my own. I have over 10 deals completed within the investment RE niche and am newly buying about 4 deals a month. I've built a small team around me to be able to sustain this and am looking to consistently get bigger and better in everything that I do!
