As a Compliance Manager at HealthEquity I support the delivery and maturation of the Compliance Program to provide assurance in the adherence to applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal standards (such as the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics). My day-to-say tasks may include subsidiary compliance, conducting compliance reviews and consultations with first line functions of the organization, support marketing content development through the review of created collateral against industry standards (i.e., UDAP and UDAAP among other standards), policy review and updates. My experience is inclusive of prior certifications relevant to the creation, implementation, and maturing of effective compliance programs as well as completing organizational internal audits adhering to IIA standards.

As a Senior Compliance Analyst my role is to assist the Compliance Team in development and implementation of the Compliance Program, which is intended to assure adherence to applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal standards (such as a code of conduct and business ethics). Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting compliance reviews or audits, consult projects, marketing reviews (assuring adherence to UDAP and UDAAP), policy review and updates, and general inquiry resolution related to HealthEquity's many consumer benefit options. My experience includes regulatory adherence under the Internal Revenue Code and both the Investment Company, and Investment Advisors Acts of 1940 among others.

Audits address operational, compliance, financial, environmental, and/or safety/health risks. Conducts audit testing and identifies reportable issues and underlying root causes.
