Administrative Coordinator
Current• Raising and tracking of capital, expense POs, BPOs and PRs• Procurement of tools, parts and costs with multiple vendors and suppliers, including creating and tracking invoices • Onboard new employees, vendors, suppliers and transition contractors to full-time positions• Oversee and process financial transactions• Work closely with multiple stakeholders, managers and engineers• Organize customer visits, events and meetings for the site• Compile and generate department statistics for management review, related to production or site data• Maintain/enforce clean office workspace for the comfort of the employees• Assist employees with IT/Office services to enhance their productivity• Update PDLs and org charts
