I manage the Unconstrained forecast for our 80+ DC's of 2.6 Million tires with overrides working out to 3 months out, and the stat model reaching out 18 months. I work cadenced S&OP Sales Demand reviews with leaders in the 7 Channel flows to give proper definition to every SKU at every site. I create adhoc analyses to review extracurricular lift from a Macro perspective, and any Seasonality changes to model the proper patterns within the proper markets.

I manage inventory replenishment, parameters, and site issues for the South Central and Southeast regions with 30 Tire Logistics Centers between them. Product analysis to optimize inventory levels to fulfill demand and replenishment needs of the TLC’s and their customers. – I identify stocking levels based off previous consumption, current demand, and forecasts for our hub and all stockyards that we support, approve and analyze stock requests from our site managers and Sales Leads in the field. I build and track our KPI’s on inventory optimization, total backlog and past due orders, GHOLD material currently in process, and processing old BOM materials out of inventory. I’ve developed several tools including categorical dimensional referencing to help identify OSMI material that could be converted, location optimization to get OSMI material to stockyards with a greater chance to be sold, and major pump application definition template to take all of our major pump orders and define key mechanical wet end parts and their wear rate to show applicable future consumption just to name a few. I do adhoc analysis’ to help develop dashboards for process improvement and for review with stakeholders on critical material and cost savings opportunities
