The purpose of this role is to lead and drive the day to day management and long term capability development in the strategic delivery resource pools in the Strategic Investment Management Office including project management, organisational change management and business analysis teams. The role is responsible for ongoing development, delivery, and department wide adoption of BOQ's strategic delivery capability including Community and Capability governance, frameworks, and artefacts. This role is accountable for delivery team assignment management in liaison with P&C and strategic workforce planning teams to ensure optimal capabilities to meet organisational business strategic roadmaps, execution and strategic benefits realisation.
