Key liaison for a matrix of internal and external stakeholders to create a disruptive platform to have impact on access and pricing models to meet the demands of the ultimate payer in US Healthcare, the self-insured employer. I led the implementation of Easable with Pfizer (employer) providing account management for our project team, Pfizer HR and their vendors, on the creation and testing of the eligibility file, User Acceptance Testing, Financial Funding and Forecasting and other account management aspects. Executed a multi-modal communication strategy to reach more than 30K eligible participants and their dependents. In only 9 months, more than 10% enrolled and utilized the program with over 80% satisfaction and an NPS of 45. The ecosystem offered a spectrum of care from prevention, to testing, to treatment and participants received treatment within 4 hours of symptom onset.

Researched bio-compatibility of intra-ocular lenses. Maintained the largest database for this research with more than 20K post-mortem globes. Published in multiple international ophthalmology journals and presented research internationally.Poster and video presentations at multiple American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery Conferences.
