I led a team of 5 Regional Directors responsible for creating all new client relationships at Siteworx. Each director on my team had over 20 years of relevant experience and carried a multi-million dollar annual revenue target.I was responsible for recruiting each member of this team, assigning territories and compensation plans, developing on-boarding materials, instituting a formal go-to-market process, and implementing KPIs and dashboards. While the team was built, I also personally maintained Siteworx' new client acquisition efforts in territories where we did not have coverage and developed new business with Booz Allen Hamilton, Grant Thornton, AAAS (publishers of Science), the US Department of State, the Federal Aviation Administration, Giant Eagle, Leo Burnett, and RSM McGladrey. In this time, I also negotiated Siteworx' first digital agency of record relationship.In addition to director-level reports, I managed 2 inside sales resources and a senior proposal manager.I was part of the 5-person team, along with our CEO, CFO, COO and VP of Marketing, responsible for the private equity investment by RLH Equity finalized in November of 2012.Revenue grew an average of 38% annually during my tenure with Siteworx.

In this role, I oversaw Siteworx' strategic partnerships.I was responsible for building Siteworx' relationships with existing partners as well as keep an eye out for up-and-coming winners in cutting-edge marketing technologies. This was a new role for Siteworx and my initial target represented 50% of the company's entire annual revenue. I exceeded this target in 3 of my first 4 quarters and for the first year, at which point I was taken off quota and given additional non-revenue generating responsibilities preparing for promotion to VP.

Zadby was acquired by Siteworx in Sept 2010 and the legacy business was fully incorporated into Siteworx operations in July 2011.Zadby was a marketplace for brand integration in online video. We connected top advertisers with top online video producers in a way that benefits both parties. We performed successful campaigns for Yum! Restaurants, Pizza Hut, Discovery Communications, Animal Planet, Colgate-Palmolive, Sony Pictures Television, Universal McCann, and many others.I was responsible for day-to-day operations.

Zadby is a marketplace for brand integration in online video. We connect top advertisers with top online video producers in a way that benefits both parties. My primary focus is on product management, implementing our go-to-market strategy, and business development.

I worked as the on-the-ground, client-facing point person for a remote analysis team on a turnaround project for an emerging-market wireless telecommunications carrier. With daily input from the client's C-level executive team, I crafted and implemented a turnaround strategy that comprised elements of marketing, technology, finance, and organizational structure. One of the key deliverables was a marketing campaign that set new monthly records in the country's telecom market, increasing customer acquisition rates by 700% and usage by 1000% without significantly deteriorating ARPU.

Turing Travel, LLC was an innovative start-up renting digital travel guides to visitors of Washington, DC.I served as the general manager of this company and was responsible for all elements of its operation.We achieved a number of remarkable successes during a very short time including all of the following within the first 3 months:- Securing financing- Negotiating supplier contracts- Developing the product for launch- Signing initial distributor- Recognizing initial revenue

While I was at Accenture, I worked with clients in healthcare, telecom and government on implementations between $10M-$500M.I served as a technical team lead and project manager for ERP, CRM, EAI, and BI projects.During my time at Accenture, I had the privilege to lead 7 different teams ranging from 2 to 10 people in size and was nominated for a North American people development award.
