Field Lead encompassing the roles of Service Technician, Bulk Delivery Driver, and ACE Delivery Driver:### Propane and General Delivery:- Safely deliver propane and other products to various customer sites.- Manage and record inventory accurately during deliveries.### Installation and Maintenance:- Install and maintain propane tanks and related equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment.### Safety and Compliance:- Perform pre-operation safety inspections on all equipment and vehicles.- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring compliance.### Customer Interaction and Support:- Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and educate customers on safe product usage.- Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.### Emergency Response and Technical Troubleshooting:- Respond to emergency calls related to product deliveries and equipment.- Troubleshoot technical issues with systems and equipment, ensuring timely resolutions.### Documentation and Administration:- Maintain logs and documentation for deliveries, installations, and maintenance activities.- Complete all required paperwork for regulatory compliance and company records.### Leadership and Team Coordination:- Lead and coordinate the activities of technicians and drivers.- Train new team members in delivery protocols, safety procedures, and customer service standards.### Route and Schedule Optimization:- Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules for efficiency.- Adjust plans as needed based on traffic, weather, or customer needs.This role is pivotal in maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency, requiring a mix of technical expertise, logistical management, and customer service skills.
