Lead efforts to move the primary datacenter after analysis revealed that the facility was deficient in several key areas. Solicited competitive bids, assumed project management, contract negotiation, budgetary, and hands-on roles to successfully complete the project for a savings of approx. $24,000 per year. As an opportunistic upgrade, migrated the production network infrastructure using Layer 3 and Linux-based hardware to maximize reliability and minimize complexity.
