Responsible for establishing, creating, managing and facilitating a 500+ Volunteer system to run a 3-day festival with 4 stages. Worked with and guided 100 managers, who in turn were responsible for managing shift volunteers. Hired by Nine10 Incorporated, a marketing firm, located in Grande Prairie for a short-term contract to produce a series of professional commercials, in collaboration with other members of the film making community in Grande Prairie. Main Role: Line Producer Responsibilities: Manage overall project budget and expenses of the production, report to "the Producer" (Nine10 Incorporated), oversee all props and equipment are acquired by the appropriate departments, advertise and hire crew and cast for extra roles, organize and arrange catering, supplies (i.e. tables, chairs, office supplies) and film making rental equipment, administer the signing and organization of NDA's, Appearance Releases and Contract Agreements, locating and engaging volunteers.Additional Roles: Production Manager, Production Coordinator and Photographer.

Over 3 years, Sept. 2010-Dec. 2013 I created and delivered education programs about Alberta's (specifically northern Alberta's) palaeontology and geology for Grades K - 12 and members of the public. I developed 10 unique curriculum-based school programs which positively impacted 5,500 students in 2 1/2 years. I hired and trained university students to deliver summer programs. Over 3 summers the summer programs engaged 10,000 people.I organized small to medium-sized public events and assisted in many areas with larger fundraising galas, including logistics, activities, and sponsorship.I was an integral team-member in the collaboration, development and implementation of the museum storyline, exhibits and architectural design.

Managed anywhere from 2 - 4 staff and 1 - 3 practicum students at one time. I was also responsible for training and scheduling the education volunteers.
