Management of the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax GIS Project. This includes the ingestation and geolocation of USPS ZIP+4 address points each monthand updating of all data necessary to assign tax jurisdictions to address related data.Coordinate with county and local governments to get most current road and address point data available, and scrub the data so that it is standardized statewide.Write scripts and dot net web applications for streamling GIS processes and keeping tax rate changes current in a SQL Server database.Provide files in a standard schema conducive for use by Companies that provide nationwide tax databases for retail companies all over the world.

Manage all GIS data for the Arkansas Army National Guard, which is stored in an ArcSDE sql server database. This includes standardization of data using Spatial Data Standards for Facilities Infrastructure and Environment (SDSFIE) and FGDC compliant Metadata. I am responsible for sde users and their privileges to access or view data. Manage the GIS budget for software purchase and maintenance costs, data acquisition, data creation, data standardization, and computer or hardware purchases. The GIS program Manager is also responsible for writing contracts for all of the above projects.Manage and create many in house projects (GPS of utilities, vegetation plots, cemeteries, monitoring wells, etc.) All of the acquired and created data are then used for different spatial analyses for management of lands and construction projects. Supervises and trains GIS technicians Serves the engineering and environmental as the assistant Information Management Officer. Responsibilities include any computer or networking problems other staff are having.Serves as the GIS lead on the Local GIS committee. Tasks include recommendations to the Information Technology Office on the system design and architecture for Enterprise GIS.Arkansas Soil and Water Conservation Commission

Collected monitoring well water level data using GPS and groundwater level tapes. This data is then input into a database. Spatial and temporal analyses were then conducted using this data.Our section was responsible for publishing an annual groundwater report. I was responsible for inputting tables and surface models & maps into the report.The analysis conducted used ESRI's Spatial and Geostatistical Analysis. We were able to view past spatial and temporal distribution, which was used to help predict future trends.
