With over ten years of experience as a teacher, I am passionate about providing effective, and joyful reading instruction to children with reading difficulties. I currently work at Reading Futures, a virtual reading intervention provider that uses scientifically proven reading programs and highly-trained educators to ensure a bright reading future for every child. I have a master's degree in educational leadership and another master's degree in curriculum and instruction, as well as multiple certifications in childhood education and students with disabilities. I have also received honors such as distinguished teacher, teacher of the year, and master's graduate student of the year. I have skills in attention to detail, classroom instruction, and written communication, and I am proficient in using data to inform instruction, intervention, and evaluation. I am a collaborative, creative, and solution-focused leader who strives to make an everlasting impact within education.
