Upon completion of a Bachelor of Marketing degree, Marc spend more than 10 years in various roles such as Assistant Brand Manager, Regional Marketing, Executive Key Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager for major consumer goods companies such as Robin Hood, Coca Cola, Cadbury and Hershey. During more than 10 years, Marc held the position of Vice-President Senior Associate for a head hunting firm in which he was responsible for all the organisational development and also the Consumer Package Good department of the Toronto and Montreal office.
